Note: Not recommended for Teflon®, polyethylene, or silicone surfaces.

Preparation

• Clean the surface: Ensure it is free of dust, grease, and moisture.
• Wear protective equipment: Gloves, safety glasses/goggles, long sleeves.
• Shake the can: Vigorously for at least 60 seconds before use.

Installation

• Attach the can to a compatible GREAT STUFF PRO™ dispensing gun.
• Adjust bead size using the gun’s control knob.
• Apply foam into gaps slowly, allowing expansion to fill voids.
• Recommended: 50% fill for expansion space.
• Do not overfill. Foam expands rapidly.

Cure Time

• Tack-free in ~6 minutes
• Fully cured in 8–24 hours depending on humidity/temperature

Finishing

• After curing (~30–60 mins), foam can be trimmed, sanded, or painted.
• Protect from UV: Paint or coat if exposed to light to prevent discoloration.

Clean-up

• Uncured foam: Remove with GREAT STUFF PRO™ Gun Cleaner.
• Cured foam: Must be cut or mechanically removed.

Storage

• Store upright in a cool, dry location.
• Keep away from heat sources and ignition points.
• Reuse within 30 days while attached to the dispensing gun.
