Surface Preparation:

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, or loose material.
• Mechanically abrade smooth surfaces (metal or plastic) to improve adhesion.

Dispensing & Mixing:

• Insert cartridge into a compatible dual-cartridge dispensing gun.
• Dispense a small amount to ensure even flow from both sides.
• Use a static mixing nozzle or manually mix equal parts until uniform in color.

Application:

• Apply adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces.
• Assemble parts within the working time window.
• Adjust positioning before the material begins to set.

Clamping:

• Clamp or secure parts as needed to maintain alignment during cure.

Curing:
