Shipping and Return Policies
Here at AWarehouseFull we care about the satisfaction of our customers and understand the value of receiving your orders as soon as possible, even on free shipping items. Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us, we will be glad to assist you in replacing it with something more suitable to fit your needs or issue you a full refund within 1-2 business days. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If the shipping carrier attempts to deliver a visibly damaged or torn package please refuse it. If you cannot refuse the item because it has been left on your door step, please take pictures of the damages and contact us using the email form below or call us at 1.888.223.3050
Please note that the weight listed for some items may not be the actual weight of the product. UPS and FedEx charge based on a "dimensional weight" for high volume/low weight items. The weight shown is the weight (actual or dimensional) that UPS will use to calculate their charges.
Shipping and Returning Hazardous/Flammable Materials
Due to the nature of some of our products, there are some shipping restrictions and regulations we must abide by. Without a proper permit you may not be able to ship the product back to us. In which case, after a brief questionnaire about the product we will gladly issue a refund and give you information on how to properly dispose of the defective item.
Note: We follow all appropriate guidelines for shipping and packaging of our products.
