Description

Froth-Pak™ 200 is a professional, self-contained closed-cell spray foam insulation kit designed to quickly seal gaps, fill cavities, and create a durable air barrier. This portable, two-component system delivers consistent performance for contractors and serious DIY users who need reliable insulation and air sealing in one step. This kit provides up to 200 board feet of coverage (at 1” thickness), making it ideal for smaller jobs, repairs, and targeted applications where precision and control matter.

The closed-cell foam structure expands to fill cracks, penetrations, and joints while creating a dense, rigid barrier that helps block air infiltration and adds structural strength. With an R-value of approximately 6.2 per inch, it provides strong thermal performance while helping reduce moisture, mold, and allergen intrusion. Froth-Pak 200 features an ergonomic dispensing system with anti-crossover nozzles to help ensure proper mixing, consistent flow, and minimal overspray. The quick cure formula allows for fast installation, with foam curing in seconds and allowing re-entry in about one hour with proper ventilation.

Why Choose Froth-Pak 200:

  • Closed-cell foam for higher insulation value and durability
  • Portable, all-in-one kit for easy use
  • Class A fire-rated foam (up to 2” thickness)
  • Applies up to 2” thick in a single pass
  • Bonds to wood, metal, masonry, drywall, and more
  • Helps lower energy costs by reducing air leakage

Features & Benefits

Application Details

Surface Compatibility: Adheres to wood, masonry, metal, drywall, rigid foam, and other common construction materials.

Use Conditions:

  • Read all instructions and SDS before use
  • Follow local building codes and guidelines
  • For exterior use, apply a UV-protective coating after curing

Application Guidelines:

  • Apply in layers up to 2 inches thick per pass
  • Avoid overfilling confined spaces due to expansion
  • Maintain proper ventilation during and after application

Curing & Re-Entry:

  • Tack-free in seconds
  • Re-entry allowed after approximately 1 hour with proper ventilation

Safety Requirements:

  • Use PPE: gloves, coveralls, eye protection, and respirator
  • Avoid skin contact; cured foam must be mechanically removed
  • Do not apply near open flames or high-heat surfaces
