Application Details

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure all substrates are clean, sound, and free of loose materials like dirt, grease, oil, or standing water.
  • Painted or coated surfaces should be sanded or roughened.
  • Dry fit materials before adhesive application.

Application Method

  • Shake can vigorously for at least 1 minute before use.
  • Attach to a PRO Series dispensing gun (e.g., PRO 14 or PRO 14XL).
  • Adjust the flow control knob to desired bead size (typically 1/2”).
  • Apply in continuous zigzag or parallel beads to ensure full coverage.
  • Join materials within 10 minutes of adhesive application; press firmly into place.
  • If bead skins over, remove and reapply fresh adhesive.

Curing

  • Initial bond in ~2 hours; full cure in 7 days depending on humidity and temperature.
  • High humidity accelerates cure time.

Cleanup

  • Wipe away uncured adhesive with dry cloth or scraper.
  • Cured foam must be mechanically removed.
  • Store the can upright attached to gun when not in use.
