• Surface Preparation:
  • Substrate must be free of dirt, sawdust, and debris
  • Damp surfaces are acceptable; avoid dripping wet areas
  • Use BB GF Gap Filler for joints and penetrations (up to ¾")
  • Backer rod or foam needed for gaps larger than ¾”
• Roller Application:
  • Use ¼"–⅜" nap (non-foam) roller
  • Apply from top to bottom with horizontal overlap
• Sprayer Application:
  • Use Graco GH 833 or similar
  • Tip sizes: 629–635; 3600 PSI
  • Spray ~2 ft from surface in crosshatch pattern
  • Remove sprayer filters; avoid idle time over 15 minutes
• Curing & Cladding:
  • Tack-free in under 60 minutes
  • Full cure in ~16 hours
  • Ready for cladding the next day
  • Do not apply if rain is expected within 30 minutes
• Clean-Up & Storage:
  • Use mineral spirits or methyl acetate for tool cleaning
  • Re-seal unused material with original lid liner
  • Optional: Spray nitrogen blanket over product before sealing for extended storage
  • Store sealed in a cool, dry place
