Description

Froth-Pak™ 630 is a high-capacity, professional-grade closed-cell spray foam insulation kit built for larger jobs that require greater coverage and long-lasting performance. This two-component system is designed to seal, insulate, and create a continuous air barrier across a wide range of applications. With a theoretical yield of 630 board feet (at 1” thickness), this kit is ideal for contractors handling larger projects such as full-room insulation, extensive air sealing, or multi-area jobsite work.

The closed-cell foam expands and cures into a rigid, high-density insulation layer, helping block air movement while also adding strength to the structure. With an R-value of approximately 6.2 per inch, it delivers strong thermal insulation while helping reduce moisture intrusion, mold growth, and airborne allergens. Froth-Pak 630 features an ergonomic dispensing system designed for consistent, on-ratio application with minimal waste. Its flexible hose and controlled output make it easier to cover larger areas while maintaining precision. The fast-curing formula allows for efficient installation and jobsite turnaround, with re-entry possible after about one hour when properly ventilated.

Why Choose Froth-Pak 630:

  • Closed-cell foam for maximum insulation and air sealing performance
  • High-yield kit for larger jobs
  • Class A fire-rated foam (up to 2” thickness)
  • Applies up to 2” thick in one pass
  • Consistent flow with minimal overspray
  • Strong adhesion to common construction materials
  • Helps meet air barrier and energy efficiency goals
  •

Features & Benefits

  • Closed-Cell Insulation Performance: Expands into a dense, rigid closed-cell foam; creates a durable air barrier and adds structural strength.
  • High Thermal Efficiency: Delivers approximately R-6.2 per inch; helps reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency.
  • Air Sealing & Moisture Control: Fills gaps, cracks, and penetrations; helps block air infiltration and reduce moisture, mold, and allergens.
  • Professional Dispensing System: Ergonomic gun with anti-crossover nozzles; supports consistent flow, proper mixing, and minimal overspray.
  • Fast Application & Cure: Applies up to 2 inches in a single pass; tack-free in seconds with re-entry in about 1 hour (with ventilation).
  • Strong Adhesion: Bonds to wood, masonry, metal, drywall, rigid foam, and more.
  • Class A Fire-Rated Foam: Suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial applications when used as directed.
  • Portable All-in-One Kit: Includes pressurized cylinders, hose, and dispensing gun; ready to use on the jobsite.

Application Details

Surface Compatibility: Adheres to wood, masonry, metal, drywall, rigid foam, and other common construction materials.

Use Conditions:

  • Read all instructions and SDS before use
  • Follow local building codes and guidelines
  • For exterior use, apply a UV-protective coating after curing

Application Guidelines:

  • Apply in layers up to 2 inches thick per pass
  • Avoid overfilling confined spaces due to expansion
  • Maintain proper ventilation during and after application

Curing & Re-Entry:

  • Tack-free in seconds
  • Re-entry allowed after approximately 1 hour with proper ventilation

Safety Requirements:

  • Use PPE: gloves, coveralls, eye protection, and respirator
  • Avoid skin contact; cured foam must be mechanically removed
  • Do not apply near open flames or high-heat surfaces
