Description

The Froth-Pak 630 is a Class A fire-rated, two-component polyurethane foam kit designed to fill cavities, cracks, and expansion joints, yielding up to 630 board feet of foam (630 sq. ft. at 1" thick) with an impressive R-Value of R-6.2 per inch. It features a rapid tack-free and cure time of just 30 seconds and utilizes patented nozzle technology to improve mixing ratios while reducing overspray. Green Circle Certified, LEED V4 Compliant, and ICC listed, Froth-Pak 630 is suitable for commercial, residential, agricultural, industrial, and institutional applications. It effectively insulates and seals stud wall cavities, cold floors above unheated areas, crawl spaces, attic walls, and ceilings, in both interior and exterior environments. The foam is ideal for sealing roof-to-wall junctions, wall and attic penetrations, as well as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing penetrations, and any cracks or crevices in the building envelope.

Safety & Use Information

FROTH-PAK™ spray foam kits are intended for professional use - Please follow all instructions and guidelines for use and application.  Personal Protection Equipment is required when applying FROTH-PAK™ foam kits. The required PPE should include gloves, goggles, Tyvek suit, and respirator with cartridge for organic vapor & P100 particles. To learn more check out our Personal Protection Equipment Recommendations. *Not included with the kits.
FROTH-PAK™ Usage Recommendations
As with all chemical products proper preparation of the work area and application procedures should be followed to insure a safe and satisfactory job. When spraying FROTH-PAK™, the initial reaction of the 2 chemicals will generate heat. We recommend building up thickness in a series of layers to avoid excessive heat buildup. Proper ventilation of the work area should be followed.
 
 
Please make sure that both tanks are opened fully and that there are no restrictions in the feed lines. An improper mixture will cause "off ratio" foam. To see what this looks like check out our video "How to tell Good from Bad".

This product can only be shipped within continental U.S. A signature is required at time of delivery. Additional charges may apply if shipping to a extended service area, or business that does not have a loading dock. Orders composed of 5+ complete kits will be shipped via freight company which will require a delivery appointment to be scheduled with the carrier.
