A one-component, minimal-expanding, low-pressure polyurethane foam designed specifically to seal gaps around window and door frames without bowing or distorting them. Once cured, it provides a flexible, airtight, and water-resistant seal suitable for vinyl, wood, and metal substrates.

Recommended Applications

Ideal for sealing the perimeter between window/door frames and rough openings in residential or light commercial construction. It is suited for new installs or replacements where a controlled expansion is needed.

Application Details

  • Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil/dust.
  • Shake: Shake can vigorously for 60 seconds before use.
  • Attach: Connect can to PRO Series dispensing gun or straw; purge air.
  • Apply: Invert can, fill cavity ~50% to allow expansion; apply a slow, steady bead.
  • Cure: Tack‑free in 3–10 minutes; trim in ~60 minutes; full cure within 8–12 hours.
  • Finish: Trim, sand, paint, or stain as desired once fully cured.
  • Cleanup & Reuse: Leave can attached to the gun for up to 30 days; clean with PRO Gun Cleaner.
