Description

Handi-Foam High Density Spray Foam Kits deliver a closed-cell polyurethane insulation solution designed for professional use. With a density of 1.75 pcf, this kit provides exceptional structural support, moisture resistance, and thermal performance. Available in yield of 60, 115 or 340 board feet, it is a versatile option for small to mid-sized insulation and sealing projects. Whether you’re insulating residential, commercial, or industrial spaces, Handi-Foam delivers consistent results with superior adhesion to most building materials.

What’s Included?

  • (2) Pressurized disposable cylinders (A-side & B-side chemicals)
  • (1) Color-coded dispensing gun with 9' hose assembly
  • (10–12) Cone spray nozzles (varies by kit version)
  • (2) Fan spray nozzles
  • (1) Pair of nitrile gloves
  • Printed instructions for safe use and setup

Safety & Use Information

  • Use only in well-ventilated areas; avoid confined spaces without proper respirators.
  • Wear PPE: safety goggles, gloves, and protective clothing.
  • Store between 60°F and 80°F before use for optimal yield.
  • Shake cylinders well before dispensing.
  • Foam is tack-free within 30–60 seconds; full cure typically within 1 hour.
  • Do not expose uncured foam to direct sunlight, open flame, or ignition sources.
  • Dispose of cylinders according to local hazardous waste regulations.
