Compatible Substrates:

• Plywood
• OSB (Oriented Strand Board)

? Not Compatible With: Substrates containing solvents, plasticizers, uncured silicone, polyurethanes, or PVC.

• Surface Preparation:
  • Clean, dry, smooth, and debris-free surface required
  • Remove sharp edges or protrusions
  • Do not apply over caulks or sealants with plasticizers or solvents
• Priming:
  • For ≥40°F: Use Polyguard 650 WB at 350–400 sq. ft./gal
  • For ≥30°F: Use Polyguard 650 LT or California Sealant at 250–300 sq. ft./gal
  • Allow to dry 30–60 minutes until tack-free
• Installation:
  • Cut TRM Flashing to length
  • Begin from the lowest point and work upward
  • Peel 6–12" of liner, position, and press in place
  • Apply with 2" side laps and 2" weather-lapped vertical overlaps
  • Roll firmly with hand roller for full adhesion
  • Seal edges, terminations, and penetrations with Detail Sealant PW™
• Storage:
  • Store at 50°F–75°F in dry, shaded area
  • Do not double-stack pallets or stack over 5 ft high
