Surface Preparation:

• Acceptable substrates: dry or damp concrete, CMU with parge coat, exterior-grade plywood (A-side up), cement board
• Must be clean, sound, and free of contaminants, curing agents, or release agents
• Minimum CSP 2–4 profile for concrete

Application – Roller (R) Grade:

• Apply with roller at 25 ft²/gal for 60 wet mils (standard build) or up to 90 mils in single lift on vertical surfaces
• For high-build vertical applications, R grade may be applied in a single lift ~90 mils

Application – Self-Leveling (SL) Grade:

• Apply with squeegee/trowel at:
• 60 mils (25 ft²/gal) – standard
• 90 mils (18 ft²/gal)
• 120 mils (13 ft²/gal) – high build
• For 215-mil system: two lifts (90 mils + 125 mils) with Vulkem 191 primer between coats
• Cure acceleration: Add 4 oz water per 5-gal pail (SL only), mix thoroughly

General Notes:

• Protect from UV longer than 120 days; cover with approved protection course or drainage mat after cure
• Flood testing: Min. 36 hrs cure before ASTM D5957 test
• For tie-ins with asphaltic membranes or self-adhered flashings, use Tremco Epoxy Primer
