• Surface Preparation: Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or oils. Clean with mild soap and water or recommended cleaner.
• Position the Material: Align torn or separated edges before applying adhesive.
• Apply VLP: Use a brush, roller, or applicator bottle to apply a thin, even layer to damaged area or seam. For seams, apply to the backside.
• Bonding Process: VLP dissolves the vinyl surface; press pieces together immediately after application.
• Drying Time: Allow to air dry completely. Time will vary based on temperature and humidity. Avoid stress on the repair until fully cured.
• Optional Reinforcement: For heavy-duty or high-stress areas, apply a second coat after the first is fully cured.
