Description

Vulkem® 350NF is a single-component, low-VOC, low-odor polyurethane waterproofing base coat designed for odor-sensitive environments. It cures to form a seamless, rubberized membrane that adheres to concrete, well-anchored AC plywood, and primed metal surfaces. Ideal for use in pedestrian areas, Vulkem 350NF delivers high-performance waterproofing while minimizing disruption to surrounding spaces.

Application Details

  • Surface Prep: Substrate must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Minimum 3000 psi compressive strength and ≤4.5% moisture content. Recommended finish: light steel trowel and fine-hair broom or ICRI #2–#4 profile.
  • Application Requirements: Substrate temperature must be at least 5°F (3°C) above the dew point. Ensure proper ventilation during application. Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces.
  • Finish Options:
    • Vulkem 350NF-R: Roller-applied for vertical or variable surfaces
    • Vulkem 350NF-SL: Self-leveling for horizontal applications
