Description

The DuPont FROTH-PAK™ 17 Gallon Refill System is a professional spray foam insulation kit designed for contractors who need reliable closed-cell polyurethane foam performance in small-to-medium projects. With a yield of 2,150 board feet, this refill system delivers high R-value insulation (R-6.2 to R-6.7 per inch) while air-sealing against moisture, mold, allergens, and pests. Unlike disposable kits, the 17-gallon refill tanks are refillable and reusable, cutting waste and long-term costs. Featuring Class A fire rating, HFC-free low-GWP chemistry, and compatibility with wood, metal, masonry, drywall, and rigid foam, this system is perfect for professionals working in residential, commercial, or industrial insulation.

⚠️ Requires a nitrogen cylinder (not included) and proper PPE for operation.

What’s Included

  • (1) 17 Gallon A-Tank (Isocyanate)
  • (1) 17 Gallon B-Tank (Polyol)
  • Base Hose Kit with gun, valves, hoses, and wrench
  • Regulator Kit (attaches to nitrogen tank – nitrogen not supplied)
  • Two 7.5’ regulator-to-tank hoses
  • Two replacement tank filters
  • Two spare dispenser guns
  • Two 30’ chemical hose extensions + couplings
  • Spray nozzles (cone, fan, calibration – bags of 25)

Safety Information

  • PPE required: Tyvek® suit, nitrile/butyl gloves, goggles, respirator
  • One-hour re-entry with ventilation after spraying
  • Do not expose cured foam to open flames or >240°F
  • Dispose of empty cylinders through DuPont’s return program.
