• Surface Preparation:
  • Clean with non-filming detergent (TSP)
  • Remove all dirt, grease, moss, and debris
  • Treat algae/mold with a 1:1 bleach solution
  • Allow surface to dry fully before application
  • Remove rust on metal roofs with a wire brush
  • Perform adhesion test patch before full application
• Mixing: Use a 3”+ paddle with a drill to mix thoroughly before and during use
• Application Methods:
  • ½”–1” nap roller, brush, or commercial airless spray rig (3500 PSI, 3 GPM minimum)
• Minimum Coverage:
  • Smooth surface: 1.5 gal per 100 sq. ft. (22 mils DFT)
  • Rough surface: Higher coverage required
• Recoat Window: 2–6 hours between coats; must recoat within 48 hours
• Clean-Up: Use mineral spirits or VM&P Naphtha before product cures
• Precautions:
  • Do not apply if rain is expected within 15 minutes
  • Surface may be slippery when wet
  • Not for interior use or food-contact surfaces
  • Use protective equipment; vapors may cause irritation
