Surface Prep

  • Surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound

  • For concrete or masonry: sandblast, grind, or wire-brush
  • Use closed-cell backer rod or bond breaker to prevent 3-point bonding

  • For roof tiles: apply a bead between tiles and press firmly into place
  • Paintable once cured (compatibility testing required for rigid coatings)

Coverage

  • ¼" x ¼" joint = 308 linear feet per gallon
  • ½" x ½" joint = 154 linear feet per gallon

Cleanup
