Sikaflex®-1c SL is a high-performance, single-component, self-leveling polyurethane sealant designed for horizontal joint sealing in concrete and cementitious slabs. Its pourable, non-sag formula and accelerated curing properties make it ideal for expansion joints and applications subject to occasional water immersion. With excellent durability, adhesion, and elasticity, this sealant provides a weather-resistant, long-lasting seal for a wide range of interior and exterior projects.
This listing is for a Full Pallet, which is 48 cases totaling 1152 cartridges.

Application Details
Surface Preparation
- Surfaces must be clean, sound, dry or damp (no standing water)
- Remove grease, curing compounds, and other contaminants
- Install backer rod or bond breaker to control depth and prevent 3-point bonding
- For green concrete: Wait 24 hrs after pour, control joints cut at least 8 hrs prior
- For damp concrete: Wait 1 hour after water is removed
- Primer is required for immersion service
Joint Design
- Recommended ratio: 2:1 width to depth
- Depth range: ¼" to ½"
- Min. depth for traffic areas: ½"
- Max. movement: ±25% of joint width
Application Conditions
- Ambient/Substrate Temp: 40°F to 100°F
- Precondition cartridges to ~70°F for best flow
- Pour in one direction, allow sealant to level naturally
- Tooling is minimal but can be used for finishing
Coverage
- 10.1 oz cartridge: ~24.3 ft (¼" x ¼" joint)
- 29 oz cartridge: ~69.8 ft (¼" x ¼" joint)
