Surface Preparation

• Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free of contaminants before application.
• Concrete forms must be removed at least 24 hours before application.
• May be applied directly to damp or green concrete.

Application

• Apply up to 120 wet mils in a single lift.
• For additional protection, build the membrane up to 215 wet mils using multiple applications.
• Use the appropriate Self-Leveling, Roller, or Trowel grade based on project requirements.

Limitations

• Backfilled installations require a compatible Tremco protection course.
• Do not use as an exposed or traffic-bearing surface.
• Do not apply over curing compounds, forming oils, or contaminated substrates.
• Not approved for direct contact with asphalt-based products or potable water.

Storage & Safety

• Store unopened containers between 40°F and 100°F (5°C–37°C).
• Use adequate ventilation during application.
