The Froth-Pak 200 is a Class A fire-rated, two-component polyurethane foam kit designed to fill cavities, cracks, and expansion joints, yielding up to 200 board feet of foam (200 sq. ft. at 1" thick) with an impressive R-Value of R-6.2 per inch. It features a rapid tack-free and cure time of just 30 seconds and utilizes patented nozzle technology to improve mixing ratios while reducing overspray. Green Circle Certified, LEED V4 Compliant, and ICC listed, Froth-Pak 200 is suitable for commercial, residential, agricultural, industrial, and institutional applications. It effectively insulates and seals stud wall cavities, cold floors above unheated areas, crawl spaces, attic walls, and ceilings, in both interior and exterior environments. The foam is ideal for sealing roof-to-wall junctions, wall and attic penetrations, as well as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing penetrations, and any cracks or crevices in the building envelope.

FROTH-PAK™ spray foam kits are intended for professional use. Please follow all instructions and guidelines for safe application.
- PPE Required: Gloves, goggles, Tyvek® suit, and respirator with cartridge for organic vapor & P100 particles.
- Build thickness in layers to prevent excessive heat buildup during chemical reaction.
- Maintain proper ventilation of the work area.
- Ensure both tanks are fully open and feed lines are unobstructed to prevent “off ratio” foam.
