AWF PRO Thickened Epoxy is a high-strength adhesive which contains thickening agents that improve its bonding and gap filling capabilities. It’s ideal for bonding, gap filling and creating fillets especially on vertical or overhead surfaces without sagging or running. It creates a strong bond with materials like wood, fiberglass, metals and damp or difficult to bond woods and is ideal for applications where the joint will be subject to stress, impact or wear.

Application Details

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, dirt, or any contaminants that could interfere with bonding.

For concrete surfaces, ensure they are uncracked and solid. Use a wire brush or grinder to remove loose debris or laitance.

Cure Procedure            Cure rates are dictated by the ambient temperature, the temperature of the substrate, and the mass of epoxy that was applied. Full cure is roughly 5-7 days. Warmer conditions will shorten these cure times, while cooler conditions will extend them.
