Preparation

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or debris.
• Apply petroleum jelly to gun basket before attaching can.
• Attach foam canister to applicator gun and practice on scrap material.

Application

• Shake can well before use.
• Dispense upside-down for best foam flow.
• Apply in 40%+ relative humidity.
• Fill gaps no more than ¼ full to allow for expansion.
• Foam is tack-free in ~10 minutes; fully cured in ~1 hour.
• Do not overfill – excess can be cut, sanded, painted, or trimmed.

Clean-Up & Storage

• Use Foam Cleaner or acetone for uncured foam.
• Cured foam must be removed mechanically.
• Store can upright with gun attached and close flow control valve.
• Reusable up to 15 days once opened if properly stored.
