Surface Preparation

For new concrete, allow the slab to cure for a minimum of 7 days using an approved wet cure or sheet cure method. Remove curing compounds, laitance, and surface contaminants, then allow the surface to air dry for at least 24 hours before application.

For existing concrete, remove dirt, oil, wax, paints, coatings, curing compounds, sealers, and any contaminants that could prevent proper penetration.

Application

• Apply directly from the container—no mixing required.
• Use a low-pressure sprayer, broom, or squeegee.
• Work the material into the concrete with a soft-bristle broom or auto-scrubber.
• Keep the surface continuously wet with EUCO DIAMOND HARD for approximately 30 minutes, adding additional material as needed.
• As the product begins to gel, lightly mist with clean water to redistribute excess material.
• Remove all remaining product before it dries to prevent white residue.
• Protect treated surfaces from rain for at least 12 hours after application.
