GREAT STUFF PRO™ Gaps & Cracks is a minimal-expanding, gun-applied, single-component polyurethane foam sealant designed for professional air sealing and insulating jobs. Formulated to seal gaps up to 3 inches, it creates a durable, water-resistant, and airtight barrier that improves energy efficiency and prevents air infiltration, moisture, and pest entry. The product is fireblock-rated, UL classified, and ideal for use in both interior and exterior applications.

Application Details

Surface Prep:
  • Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, or release agents.
  • Slightly damp surfaces are acceptable.
Application Conditions:
  • Temperature Range: 40°F to 100°F (4°C to 38°C)
  • Relative Humidity: >20% for optimal curing
How to Apply:
  • Shake can vigorously.
  • Attach to GREAT STUFF PRO™ foam dispensing gun.
  • Apply foam into gaps no larger than 3" in width.
  • Allow foam to expand and cure.
  • Trim excess after ~60 minutes.
  • Leave can attached to gun for up to 30 days for reuse.
Safety Precautions:
  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
  • Wear gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves.
  • Contains isocyanates; avoid skin and inhalation exposure.
Clean Up:
  • Use GREAT STUFF PRO™ Foam Cleaner for uncured foam.
  • Cured foam must be mechanically removed.
Storage & Shelf Life:
  • Store upright, indoors at ≤75°F (24°C).
  • Do not expose to temps >120°F (49°C).
  • Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture date.
