Description

The DuPont FROTH-PAK™ 120 Gallon Refill System is a high-capacity professional spray foam insulation kit engineered for commercial, industrial, and large residential projects. With a yield of 16,110 board feet, this system offers maximum efficiency for large-scale air sealing and insulation applications. The closed-cell foam provides an R-value of 6.2–6.7 per inch, delivering excellent thermal resistance, moisture protection, and structural reinforcement. Refillable and returnable tanks reduce waste and provide cost savings compared to disposable kits. With its Class A fire rating, eco-friendly low-GWP chemistry, and professional-grade application system, this 120-gallon refill is built for contractors tackling the most demanding insulation jobs.

⚠️ Requires a nitrogen cylinder (not included) and proper PPE for operation.

  • (1) 120 Gallon A-Tank (Isocyanate)
  • (1) 120 Gallon B-Tank (Polyol)
  • Base Hose Kit with gun, valves, hoses, and wrench
  • Regulator Kit (attaches to nitrogen tank – nitrogen not supplied)
  • Two 7.5’ regulator-to-tank hoses
  • Two replacement tank filters
  • Two spare dispenser guns
  • Two 30’ chemical hose extensions + couplings
  • Spray nozzles (cone, fan, calibration – bags of 25)

Safety Information

  • PPE required: Tyvek® suit, nitrile/butyl gloves, goggles, respirator
  • One-hour re-entry with ventilation after spraying
  • Foam is combustible – keep away from flames and temps >240°F
  • Dispose of empty cylinders through DuPont’s return program
