Description

The DuPont FROTH-PAK™ 60 Gallon Refill System is a professional spray foam insulation kit designed for contractors handling large-scale projects. With a yield of 7,160 board feet, this system provides superior coverage for insulation, air sealing, and moisture control. The closed-cell foam delivers an R-value of 6.2–6.7 per inch, helping reduce energy loss and improve structural durability. Unlike disposable kits, the 60-gallon refill tanks are refillable and reusable, reducing long-term costs and minimizing waste. Featuring a Class A fire rating, low-GWP, HFC-free chemistry, and compatibility with a wide range of building materials, this system is engineered for professional-grade performance.

⚠️ Requires a nitrogen cylinder (not included) and proper PPE for operation.

What’s Included

  • (1) 60 Gallon A-Tank (Isocyanate)
  • (1) 60 Gallon B-Tank (Polyol)
  • Base Hose Kit with gun, valves, hoses, and wrench
  • Regulator Kit (attaches to nitrogen tank – nitrogen not supplied)
  • Two 7.5’ regulator-to-tank hoses
  • Two replacement tank filters
  • Two spare dispenser guns
  • Two 30’ chemical hose extensions + couplings
  • Spray nozzles (cone, fan, calibration – bags of 25)

Safety Information

  • PPE required: Tyvek® suit, nitrile/butyl gloves, goggles, respirator
  • One-hour re-entry with ventilation after spraying
  • Do not expose cured foam to open flames or >240°F
  • Dispose of empty cylinders through DuPont’s return program
