At AWarehouseFull, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, yes, even with free shipping, and we work hard to deliver promptly. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help you, please contact our friendly customer service representatives for guidance and assistance.

Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping cost.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or torn, please refuse the delivery. If the item is left at your doorstep and cannot be refused, take clear photos of the damage and contact us at 1-888-223-3050 or via email at customerservice@awarehousefull.com

Shipping Weight Notice

Please note that the listed weight for certain products may reflect dimensional weight rather than actual weight. Carriers like UPS and FedEx use dimensional weight for large, lightweight items to calculate shipping costs. The weight shown is the billable weight used by the carrier.

Shipping and Returning Hazardous/Flammable Materials

Due to the nature of some of our products, there are shipping restrictions and regulations we must follow. In certain cases, returning a hazardous or flammable item may require a special permit and approved shipping method. If the product is unable to returned, we’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire about the item. Once received it will be evaluated and we’ll gladly issue a refund and/or provide guidance on how to properly dispose of the defective product in accordance with safety regulations.
