Description

Soudafoam All Season is a premium, single-component polyurethane foam designed for year-round use. It features a gun-grade formulation that cures and extrudes reliably in extreme temperatures—from sub-zero cold to high summer heat. Ideal for professional contractors, it offers precision application, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and outstanding adhesion on most common building materials.

Features & Benefits

  • All-Season Versatility: Guns and cures in ambient temperatures from -13°F to 120°F.
  • High Yield: Up to 4456 linear feet per 24 oz can at ¼" bead.
  • Fast Skin Time: Skins over in approximately 8 minutes.
  • No Shrinkage or Post-Expansion: Ensures precise, gap-free fills.
  • Excellent Adhesion: Bonds to wood, concrete, metal, masonry, and more (excluding PTFE, PE, and PP).
  • Closed Cell Structure: 70–80% closed cell content for superior insulation and structural stability.
  • Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Delivers insulation value of 4.1 per inch and reduces sound transmission.
  • Gun Grade Control: Precision dispensing for detailed and clean applications.
  • Cures in Cold Temps: Performs where traditional foams fail.
  • CFC-Free Propellant: Safe for the ozone layer and environmentally responsible.

Application Details

  • Storage & Prep:
    • Store can upright between 41°F and 77°F.
    • Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use.
  • Surface Prep:
    • Ensure surfaces are clean and free of dust or oil.
    • Lightly mist surfaces with water for optimal adhesion.
  • Application:
    • Use a compatible foam gun.
    • Fill cavities approximately 65% to allow for expansion.
    • For deep cavities, apply in layers and mist lightly between each layer.
    • Can temperature must be between 41°F and 95°F.
    • Product cures even in ambient temperatures up to 120°F.
  • Cleanup:
    • Uncured foam: Remove with acetone or Soudal Foamcleaner.
    • Cured foam: Remove mechanically.
    • Protect cured foam from UV exposure by painting or sealing.
  • Safety Notes:
    • Use only in well-ventilated areas.
    • Wear gloves and safety goggles.
    • Do not expose can to temperatures above 122°F.
