Application Details

  • Storage & Prep:
    • Store upright between 41°F and 77°F
    • Shake can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use
  • Surface Prep:
    • Ensure surfaces are clean and free of dust or oil
    • Lightly mist surfaces with water for improved adhesion
  • Application:
    • Use a compatible foam gun
    • Fill cavities about 65% to allow for expansion
    • Apply in layers with misting between for deep gaps
    • Can temperature must be between 41°F and 95°F
    • Cures at ambient temps up to 120°F
  • Cleanup:
    • Uncured foam: Clean with acetone or Soudal Foamcleaner
    • Cured foam: Remove mechanically
    • Protect cured foam from UV with paint or sealant
  • Safety Notes:
    • Use only in well-ventilated areas
    • Wear gloves and safety goggles
    • Do not expose can to temperatures above 122°F
