This kit includes two cans of GREAT STUFF PRO™ Pestblock Polyurethane Foam Sealant, a precision PRO foam dispensing gun, a foam cleaner, and nitrile gloves—everything a contractor needs for fast, efficient pest exclusion and building envelope protection. The foam expands to fill openings up to 3 inches and forms a long-lasting, airtight, water-resistant barrier that blocks insects and rodents while improving energy efficiency.

Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or release agents for best adhesion.

Application Details

Prep Area

  • Clean area of debris, dust, or oil
  • Shake can vigorously for at least 60 seconds before use

Attach Can to Gun

  • Screw can onto the PRO dispensing gun (do not overtighten)
  • Open flow control valve on the gun to begin dispensing

Apply Foam

  • Pull trigger to dispense foam carefully into gaps
  • Fill voids to about 1/3 capacity—foam will expand
  • Adjust bead size with the gun’s flow control knob as needed

Curing

  • Foam becomes tack-free in 3–10 minutes
  • Trimmable in ~1 hour
  • Fully cured in 8–12 hours at room temperature and 50% RH

After Use

  • Close the valve on the gun to preserve can pressure for reuse (up to 30 days)
  • Wipe external nozzle and gun with GREAT STUFF™ Foam Cleaner
  • For extended storage, detach can and flush gun with cleaner

Storage

  • Store upright in a cool, dry environment
  • Do not expose to temps above 120°F (49°C)
  • Keep out of direct sunlight and away from ignition sources
