Application Details

  • Prep Area:
    • Ensure surfaces are clean and dry
    • Shake can vigorously for 60 seconds before use
  • Attach Can to Gun:
    • Screw the can onto the gun (do not overtighten)
    • Open the valve on the back of the gun to begin use
  • Apply Foam:
    • Gently pull the trigger to dispense foam
    • Fill gaps approximately 1/3 full—foam will expand
    • Adjust bead size using the flow control knob
  • Curing:
    • Tack-free in 3–10 minutes
    • Trimmable within 60 minutes
    • Fully cured in 8–12 hours at 70°F / 50% RH
  • After Use:
    • Close the gun’s valve to preserve can pressure for up to 30 days
    • Wipe external parts with GREAT STUFF™ Foam Cleaner for daily cleaning
    • For long-term storage, remove can and flush gun internally using cleaner
  • Storage:
    • Store upright in a cool, dry place
    • Do not expose cans to temperatures above 120°F (49°C)
  • Safety Tips:
    • Use in a well-ventilated area
    • Wear gloves, long sleeves, and safety glasses
    • Keep away from open flames and ignition sources
