DuPont™ has made enhancements to their industry leading formulation of FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foam Sealant. As a direct result of these formulation enhancements, FROTH-PAK™ 115's no longer contains HFC's, a potent greenhouse gas, and is now a Low Global Warming Potential (GWP) product that is compliant with state environmental laws throughout the US. Further enhancements include a redesign of the applicator nozzles that include increased optimized blending and a controlled spray pattern that reduces over-spray and waste.
The Froth-Pak 115 High Density Sealant Kit is a complete all-in-one self-contained and easily portable kit for professional applicators to quickly, easily, and efficiently insulate, seal and repair damaged areas and/or voids. Froth-Pak 115 is an excellent choice for trailer and container repair, adding or repairing structural support, and general construction applications. Froth-Pak 115 can be used in applications such as residential building, commercial roofing, insulated trailer and container repair, rail car repair, ship and boat applications, and roof foam repair.

IMPORTANT SAFETY & USE INFORMATION:
FROTH-PAK™ spray foam kits are intended for professional use - Please follow all instructions and guidelines for use and application. Personal Protection Equipment is required when applying FROTH-PAK™ foam kits. The required PPE should include gloves, goggles, Tyvek suit, and respirator with cartridge for organic vapor & P100 particles. FROTH-PAK™ USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
Temperature Guidelines:
- For best results, the tank contents should be at 75°F (24°C) or warmer.
- It is recommended to spray on surfaces and in air temperatures 65°F (18°C) and above.
- Spraying below 65°F is not recommended as foam shrinkage may occur. However, if spraying is necessary on surface and in air temperatures 45–65°F (7–18°C), spray a very thin “flash coat” to all surfaces, allow to cure, then apply the finished foam.
- Recommended storage temperature: 65–85°F (18–29°C), Optimum 70–80°F (21–27°C).
- Do not store at temperatures above 120°F (49°C) or below 45°F (7°C).
Shipping:
This product can only be shipped within continental U.S. A signature is required at time of delivery. Additional charges may apply if shipping to a residence, extended service area, or business that does not have a loading dock. Orders composed of 3+ complete kits will be shipped via freight company which will require a delivery appointment to be scheduled with the carrier. This product is also available for Pick Up from our Farmingdale, NJ warehouse.
