Low GWP FROTH-PAK™ 650, Closed Cell Spray Foam Sealant Insulation Kit
Contains a 30' HoseDuPont™ has made enhancements to their industry leading formulation of FROTH-PAK™ Spray Foam Insulation. As a direct result of these formulation enhancements, FROTH-PAK™ 650 no longer contains HFC's, a potent greenhouse gas, and is now a Low Global Warming Potential (GWP) product that is compliant with state environmental laws throughout the US. Further enhancements include a redesign of the applicator nozzles that include increased optimized blending and a controlled spray pattern that reduces over-spray and waste.
Froth-Pak™ 650 Spray Foam Insulation Kits are complete portable two part polyurethane spray foam systems that have a Class A Fire Rating. FROTH-PAK™ polyurethane foam is a two-component, quick cure, closed cell foam that fills cavities, cracks and expansion joints for insulation and air sealing. Air infiltration accounts for 25%-40% of a home’s energy loss, FROTH-PAK™ stops that energy loss. FROTH-PAK™ Foam Insulation kits can be used to insulate stud wall cavities up to 2" thick, cold floors above unheated areas, crawl spaces, attic walls, and ceilings when covered with a code-approved barrier. The kit can be restarted and reused for up to 30 days after first startup.
Chemical curing allows 2 part polyurethane foam to be dispensed, expand, and become tack free in seconds. Foam will cure in 30 seconds, the fastest cure time in the industry. The FROTH-PAK™ 650 kit yields up to 650 board feet of foam (One board foot = 12"x12"x1"), with a 1.75 foam density. FROTH-PAK™ provides a R-6.1 rating per 1 inch of thickness and R-12.2 when sprayed at 2 inches thick.

FROTH-PAK™ Foam Insulation Kits (U.S. only) come with a Class-A fire rating (flame spread index of 25 or less), FROTH-PAK™ Foam Insulation can be used in:

- Attic ductwork
- Plumbing wall pipe insulation and support

FROTH-PAK™ spray foam kits are intended for professional use - Please follow all instructions and guidelines for use and application.
Personal Protection Equipment is required when applying FROTH-PAK™ foam kits. The required PPE should include gloves, goggles, Tyvek suit, and respirator with cartridge for organic vapor & P100 particles. FROTH-PAK™ Usage Recommendations
As with all chemical products proper preparation of the work area and application procedures should be followed to insure a safe and satisfactory job. When spraying FROTH-PAK™, the initial reaction of the 2 chemicals will generate heat. We recommend building up thickness in a series of layers to avoid excessive heat buildup. Proper ventilation of the work area should be followed. Please see Froth-Pak™ Ventilation Guidelines.
Please make sure that both tanks are opened fully and that there are no restrictions in the feed lines. An improper mixture will cause "off ratio" foam. To see what this looks like check out our video "How to tell Good from Bad"

This product can only be shipped within continental U.S. A signature is required at time of delivery. Additional charges may apply if shipping to a residence, extended service area, or business that does not have a loading dock. Orders composed of 3+ complete kits will be shipped via freight company which will require a delivery appointment to be scheduled with the carrier. This product is also available for Pick Up from our Farmingdale, NJ warehouse.
